A portion of the Ketchikan Gateway Borough described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Whipple Creek and Milepost 11.47 North Tongass Highway; then northeasterly along the thread of Whipple Creek to its southern fork; then southerly along the southern fork of Whipple Creek to Slide Ridge Mountain; then northerly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to Thornton Mountain; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the headwaters of Talbot Lake Feeder Creek; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the north shore of Lake Harriet Hunt; then easterly along the north shoreline of Lake Harriet Hunt to the mouth of the north fork of White River; then southerly along the thread of the north fork of White River to the east fork of White River; then easterly along the thread of the east fork of White River to George Inlet; then northerly following the shoreline of George Inlet to a foot trail on the southeast shore of Salt Lagoon; then northeasterly along the centerline of the foot trail to the northwest shore of North Saddle Lake; then northeasterly along the northern shoreline of North Saddle Lake; then easterly along the northern shoreline of North Saddle Lake to a foot trail on the eastern shore of North Saddle Lake; then southeasterly along the foot trail to Shelter Cove in Carroll Inlet; then southerly along the western shoreline of Carroll Inlet to the mouth of Gunsight Creek; then northeast along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the mouth of Calamity Creek across Carroll Inlet; then southerly along the eastern shoreline of Carroll Inlet to the mouth of Marble Creek; then northeasterly along the thread of Marble Creek to the headwaters of Marble Creek; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northwestern shore of Mirror Lake; then easterly along the northern shoreline of Mirror Lake to Mirror-Loon Lake Connector Creek; then southeasterly along the thread of Mirror-Loon Lake Connector Creek to the northern shore of Loon Lake; then southeasterly along the northern shoreline of Loon Lake to Loon-Ella Lake Connector Creek; then southerly along the thread of Loon-Ella Lake Connector Creek to the northern shore of Ella Lake; then easterly along the northern shoreline of Ella Lake to the headwaters of Ella Creek; then easterly along the thread of Ella Creek to the northwest shore of Lower Ella Lake; then easterly along the northern shoreline of Lower Ella Lake to Ella Creek; then easterly along the thread of Ella Creek to its mouth; then easterly along the southern shoreline of Ella Bay to Ella Point; then due east to the median divide of Behm Canal; then northerly following the median divide of Behm Canal to its intersection with the median divide of Borroughs Bay; then northeasterly to a non-visible point-to-point line southeast of the northern shore at the mouth of Grant Creek; then northerly following the thread of Grant Creek to its intersection with the Ketchikan Gateway Borough boundary; then easterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the median divide of Tongass Narrows; then northeasterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the point of beginning.
