A record of birth established pursuant to court order shall contain the date of the court's action, and be marked as a court order. The findings of the court as to date and place of birth, as well as any other related findings, shall be entered. The evidence presented or obtained during the hearing shall be listed and described in the same manner as prescribed for delayed certificates filed directly with the bureau. Any instructions necessary to insure uniformity of procedure and compliance with national standards shall be issued by the State Registrar in cooperation with the Alaska Court System. A record of birth so established by court order, when registered by the bureau, shall constitute the record of birth for such individual.
