Section 7.05.885. Method of correction.  


Latest version.
  • A correction may be made by a local registrar during the time he has the original certificate in his possession, in accordance with instructions issued by the State Registrar. A notation shall be made on the reverse side of the certificate stating the items corrected, the date of the correction, and the authority therefor, in accordance with instructions. Corrections may be made by properly authorized personnel, of the bureau, in accordance with instructions.
