  • Such periodic reports and information as may be required under the Vital Statistics Act shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions of the State Registrar. Any other report or information concerning any vital event, certificate, or record needed in the course of his duties under the Act and these regulations shall be furnished upon the request of the State Registrar. Specifically this may include such transmittal lists as he may determine necessary to insure the safety of records or certificates being transmitted, such as from a hospital or other institution to a local registrar.
