The department will not issue Medicaid benefits to an applicant under 7 AAC 100.002(b)(2)(B) until the department receives verification from the United States Social Security Administration of that individual's eligibility under 42 U.S.C. 1382h(b) (sec. 1619(b) of the Social Security Act).
