For purposes of calculation of the federal poverty level for this state under this chapter, the federal poverty guidelines for this state established annually by the United States Department of Health and Human Services at 77 Fed. Reg. 4034 - 4035 (January 26, 2012), are adopted by reference as amended from time to time.
