Section 7.26.020. Application for certification.

Latest version.

	(a)  A person applying for certification as an EMT-I, EMT-II, EMT-III, EMT-I instructor, EMT-II instructor, or EMT-III instructor, shall apply to the department in writing on a form provided by the department.  
	(b)  Repealed 10/23/92.  
	(c)  The department will issue a certificate for the appropriate level to a person meeting the requirements of 7 AAC 26.030.
