Section 7.35.110. Requirements of funeral establishments.

	(a)  A funeral establishment shall  
		(1) repealed 12/29/77;  
		(2) have a sanitary preparation room; and  
		(3) be subject to approval and inspection by the department.  
	(b)  Repealed 12/29/77.
