For purposes of this chapter, a family is (1) one parent, and that parent's children under 18 years of age, living together in a household; (2) two parents who are married to each other, and the children under 18 years of age of either or both parents, living together in a household; or (3) the two biological parents of a child who are not married to each other, that child, and any other children under 18 years of age of either of those parents, living together in a household.
