Section 8.45.175. Failure to insure: issuance of subpoena.

Upon request by the division, the board or its designee will issue subpoenas, including subpoenas duces tecum, if an employer is under investigation for failure to insure for workers' compensation liability, and the employer fails to comply with discovery demands within 30 days after the demands. Failure to comply with a subpoena issued by the board or its designee will result in certification of the facts to the superior court to enforce the subpoena.
