Section 8.61.830. Department notification and monitoring of training programs.

(a) The operator of a training program approved under 8 AAC 61.800 - 8 AAC 61.890 shall notify the department at least three working days before a training course is scheduled to begin. The notification must set out the date, time, and address where the training will be conducted. (b) A representative of the department will, in the department's discretion, attend a training course as an observer to verify that the training course is conducted in accordance with the program approved under 8 AAC 61.810. (c) The training instructor shall within 10 working days after completion of each training class, send a report to the department which lists the trainees who passed the course. This report must also include a brief evaluation of the course. This report may be used by the training program operator to request changes to the program under 8 AAC 61.835.
