Section 8.61.860. Fee and duration of certificate.

Latest version.

	(a)  An applicant shall pay a fee of $100 to the department for a hazardous painting certificate and $25 for a duplicate certificate.  
	(b)  A certificate is valid for three years after the date of issuance.
