Section 18.70.025. Human health risk level for carcinogenic substances.

After 11/1/97, when, to protect human health, the department adopts water quality criteria for a carcinogenic substance, the criteria will be based on a lifetime incremental cancer risk level of 1 in 100,000 for exposed individuals.
