Section 18.78.910. Financial responsibility.

Latest version.

The financial responsibility requirements of 40 C.F.R. 280.90 - 280.115 and 281.37, as amended through September 22, 1995, are adopted by reference in this section. Nothing in this chapter exempts the owner or operator of a UST from meeting any other applicable federal financial responsibility requirement.
