Section 18.78.920. Coordination with related federal, state, and local requirements.

	(a)  Nothing in this chapter exempts the owner or operator of a UST from meeting any other applicable requirement of federal, state, or local law.  
	(b)  For purposes of 40 C.F.R. Part 281, as amended through September 22, 1995, if a court determines that a provision of this chapter is  inconsistent with its corresponding provision in federal law under 40 C.F.R. Part 280, as amended through September 22, 1995, then the corresponding federal provision prevails.
