Section 2.90.140. Agreement for payment of damages.

Latest version.

An agreement for payment of damages, as provided for in AS 28.20.120(a), must  
		(1) clearly state the names of all the parties to the agreement;  
		(2) be signed by all the parties to the agreement; and  
		(3) be notarized by a notary public or witnessed by a division employee using the settlement form provided by the department.
