Section 5.01.590. Marking of subsistence-taken salmon.

  • 	(a)  No person may possess salmon taken under the authority of a subsistence fishing permit unless both lobes of the caudal fin (tail) have been immediately removed from the salmon.  
    	(b)  It is unlawful to purchase or sell salmon from which both lobes of the caudal fin (tail) have been removed.
