Beginning at the intersection of Mamelak Creek and Noatak River; then southeasterly along the eastern bank of Noatak River to its mouth; then southeasterly along the eastern shoreline of Kotzebue Sound to the northern shore of Hotham Inlet; then southerly along the eastern shoreline of Hotham Inlet; then southerly crossing the Baldwin Peninsula, south of Nazuruk Channel, to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the northern shore of Eschscholtz Bay; then southwesterly along the western shoreline of Eschscholtz Bay to the eastern shore of Kotzebue Sound; then northwesterly along a non-visible point-to-point line extending to the Northwest Arctic Borough boundary, north of Sheshalik Spit; then northwesterly along the Northwest Arctic Borough boundary to its intersection with a non-visible point-to-point line to the mouth of Kilikmak Creek extending to the Cape Krusenstern National Monument boundary; then southeasterly along the Cape Krusenstern National Monument boundary to its intersection with Mamelak Creek; then easterly along the thread of Mamelak Creek to the point of beginning, including all that area within the boundaries of the City of Kotzebue.
