(a) When the department makes a permitted disclosure, it shall disclose the minimum identifiable health information reasonably necessary to accomplish the purpose for which the disclosure is requested or required. (b) A person who receives identifiable health information from the department as a permitted disclosure under 7 AAC 27.893(a) may not disclose the information to another person except for a purpose authorized in the written consent.
