  • 	(a)  The following federal requirements are adopted by reference:  
    		(1) 9 C.F.R., Part 319, as revised as of January 1, 2003;  
    		(2) 21 C.F.R., Part 113, as revised as of April 1, 2003;  
    		(3) 21 C.F.R. Part 170 - 21 C.F.R. Part 186, as revised as of April 1, 2003;  
    		(4) 40 C.F.R., Part 180, as revised as of July 1, 2002.  
    	(b)  The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Principles and Application Guidelines, revised as of August 14, 1997, by the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods, is adopted by reference.
