Section 2.07.330. Promoted employee.

(a) A promoted employee's salary must be equal to the salary of the lowest step at the higher range that provides at least the salary provided by a two-step increase in the range of the class from which promoted. (b) A promoted employee who has served one-half or more of the time required for consideration for a step increase in the class from which promoted must receive at least the salary provided by a three-step increase in the range of the class from which promoted. (c) For the purposes of this section, the two or three-step increase calculation in (a) and (b) of this section must include the merit and pay increments of AS 39.27.011 as applicable. (d) Repealed 4/15/2007.
