A driver training school license is nontransferable. If a transfer of ownership of the school occurs, a new license must be obtained by the new owner under 2 AAC 91.010. The department may issue a temporary permit under 2 AAC 91.070 to the person to whom the school is transferred to allow that school to continue to operate.
